It offered some real-life cases for me to better understand HR theories. The instructors were very knowledgeable, and responsive in guiding us through the course material.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, I did have fellow learners who were working professionals from around the world, who I interacted with. And that made the learning more significant. I paid for this personally and it was worth every penny of my hard-earned savings.<\/p>\n<p>Already with a good career in HR, I was with ITD Consulting when I took this certificate in 2014. Since then, I have moved on to be Assistant VP for HR in SM Retail, and now I am Country Head, People Operations for Grab.
