Luis Jimenez graduated from the very prestigious Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland in 2001. He then spent the next 16 years in the hospitality industry in Europe, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan, often in regional roles. In 2017, he took Cornell University’s Change Leadership Certificate via eCornell.
