Course Schedule
What is the duration of an eCornell course and when will it start?
The duration of an eCornell course is 2 weeks. However, Data Science courses will run for 3 weeks.
The course will commence on Wednesday, 9 p.m. (SGT) and will end at the second or third Wednesday, 11:59 p.m. (SGT).
How do I check the course's schedule?
For the sake of accuracy, please consult our Client Support Team by emailing us at ecornell@genashtim.com They will advise you on the course schedule.
What is the available schedule for any course?
On average, there will be TWO schedules for any course in a month.
Course Details
Can I access my selected course(s) at anytime?
Yes. eCornell courses are accessible 24/7.
Can I take 2 courses at the same time?
Yes, you can, especially if you are familiar with eLearning or have taken an eCornell course before. We have had learners who do 3 courses at the same time.
Payment
What is the payment method?
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Can I refund or cancel my purchase?
Unfortunately, you cannot refund nor cancel any of your purchase.
Skillsfuture Credit
Can I claim an eCornell course using my SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)?
Yes. You can claim any course using your SFC.
When I logged into MySkillsFuture website under the "Available SkillsFuture Credit", which credits can I use to claim for eCornell course fees?
You can only use “SkillsFuture Credit” and “One-off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up” to offset against the eCornell course fees. The “Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support)” is not eligible for eCornell courses.
Do I need to pay upfront or I can automatically use my SkillsFuture Credit to pay for any course?
You will need to pay the training provider upfront and submit a claim accordingly through your SkillsFuture Credit account.

When can I submit my claim?
Please submit your claim within 60 days before the course’s start date OR 90 days after course’s start date.
How long will it take to process my claim and when will I receive it?
An estimation of 7-14 working days applies for your claim to be processed and deposited to your registered bank account.
