This document will not only help you communicate your project to potential investors, but it will also serve as a basis for developing a compelling financial pitch. To create the development package, you will clearly and concisely communicate your project vision and scope, then calculate and finalize your project's feasibility, schedule, and budget. You will also communicate the project team and culture, as well as address potential project impacts and how you will account for them.
