On October 1, 2018, Infosys announced a three-year collaboration with Cornell University with the purpose of reshaping the workforce and driving digital transformation by advancing employee education and research. Together with experts from Cornell University, Infosys is committed at educating its global workforce on revolutionary technologies such as Blockchain, machine learning and human computer interaction, as well as imparting skills in data analytics, design, systems thinking, critical thinking and engineering on eCornell virtual platform. An estimate of 300 of its international employees are expected to participate in this joint certification while many others will enrol course by course.
